In addition to Personal Information, the Company may collect farm-level, environmental, operational and device-generated data through the Platform and IoT Devices, including but not limited to soil health metrics, crop health indicators, irrigation data, weather conditions, farm location data (including GPS coordinates), satellite or sensor-based imagery, device telemetry,equipment performance data, usage logs and production analytics.

Where such data is linked to an identifiable individual, it shall be treated as Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Company may use anonymized, aggregated or de-identified farm and device data for analytics, benchmarking, research, product development, statistical analysis and service improvement purposes.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer Your Information to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist Us in operating Our Platform, conducting Our business, or servicing You.
